I didn't necessarily mind the content vault. Since Forsaken came out, I wanted more new stuff than the two years we previously had. I miss things like the tangled shore lost sectors, though, and Black Armory Forges (those were destroyed though weren't they?). If we get anything back, I would love the Red War campaign to be changed up for Legend difficultly like Witch Queen and Lightfall.
