This system needs work. We need to be able to add text to make our listings specific to what we're looking for, or what we want to do. 'Keywords only' is a negative in my opinion. You also need a cleaning mechanism to remove listings that may have sat there for hours, but keep getting refreshed because people try joining it. If someone in a listing is offline, they should automatically be removed by the system.
