Shaxx rank reset broken in the Hall of champions?
There is no option to reset my rank now I have reached Rank 17 at Shaxx in the Hall of Champions despite the game saying 'Reset Now Available'. Is this a bug or intentional?

16 通の返信Hi there, thank you for your report. Would you be able to provide a screenshot showing this issue occurring, as well as confirming that all other rewards from the reputation track have been earned and claimed?

1 返信I have the same issue. Claimed the Superblack key before having claimed the shard and alloy. I suspect this is probably the reason.

Same issue for me. I'm at rank 17 and I claimed all rewards. When I hover the cursor over Shaxx icon to the left of the rank progress bar I see a popup box, which includes the text 'reset now available'. I have 16 Engrams with Shaxx, but don't want to turn them in yet.

Andyにより編集済み: 4/12/2024 8:18:43 PMSame all rewards claimed no reset available and no key anywhere if its supposed to be an item, should the key be in inventory? If it means anything I claimed all the other rewards before claiming the key and still have the issue.
