23 通の返信So since the new subclass WILL power creep the old ones by miles, what happens to those people (including new players) who DON’T buy Final Shape and are forced to use the old ones? With Transcendence and the overabundance of buildcraftinng options available in June, who would want a player using the old subclass tree anymore then? Guaranteed that this will be the Gjallarhorn situation 10 years ago all over again, except that it will be on a game wide scale this time. Then, Bungie will HAVE to nerf the new subclass to the ground to only be back to square one. 🤦🏾♂️

Listen look hold up one minute there lil buddy. Now don't get me wrong the presentation everything looks really fun. But at the same time Bungie did exactly what they always do. They recycled and reused the subclasses this time and combined them. That was all I saw there. Not to mention I'm sure this will be nerfed every which way once the pvp community gets ahold of this.BTW this should have been in the game from the start . Guardians can obtain all these abilities but couldn't use them all at once never really made any sense. Oh one more thing the bats that debuff you they stole that from Elden Ring all the way down to the animation they do and gave the bat a gun is all they did. I'll play this to finish out the story but there was definitely not much of a wow factor here.

Once again, the BHQ Hype Department knocks it out of the park with an excellent reveal stream. GGs to those involved in making that happen! Once again, this old tortoise got excited about the possibilities and potential for BHQ to finally do right by the game…at least, that’s my hope!? The ‘new’ arsenal ✅ The new enemies ✅ Transcendence ✅ The only bit that gave me pause was to see The Scarab Lord (LS) do his bit to camera about going forward after TFS…it was pure ‘Trust Us…we’ve got your back!’ 🧐 if he’d have winked, and I’m sure he desperately wanted to, I’d have thrown something at the screen, for sure! He looked like the cat that got the cream…probably thinking about that payout package from Sony due soon…at least, that’s how I thought about it. 🤔 We’ve been here before…many, many times before… Anyhoo, here’s hoping…I’m in! 🫤 Ease springs! 🫡

But when it comes to gameplay and the game itself....I'll wait to cast judgement until I've played it. Been there, done that....too many times with this company. Remember "Lightfall"?????? I'll go back a step further... remember D2 when it FIRST launched? Remember....they only "delayed" it because of our initial response to it. Had we not complained, they would have sold it half baked.

1 返信Until the Deep Dive revealed today that you will NOT be able to select whatever you want from each subclass to slot into Prismatic. Bungie will only have ONE Super, Grenade, Melee and Aspect from each subclass that you can choose to put into your Prismatic build. Ones that they even say in the Deep Dive that players aren't really using. Players aren't really using because they're not as good as the ones we do use. So, no, players won't get to actually build the crazy-powerful Guardian that we should be able to build with Prismatic. We will have a Bungie-chosen list of things players aren't using as much as they want us to. For the first time, I actually considered getting at least the base game of Final Shape to play with Prismatic. This reveal pretty much killed my interest in it entirely and, if I do want to get Final Shape, I will be waiting for it to go on sale like I did with Witch Queen. What's funny is that the news about Destiny 3 (codenamed Payback) seems to suggest that there will no longer be subclasses and we will be able to choose anything from any element to use at anytime. Which would make Final Shape and Prismatic another full-priced beta-test for what they plan to release at another full-price down the road. The more things change, huh?

It looks promising but you can make some promo videos look like anything you want. Bungie will do anything for pre orders right now. Remember what strand looked like bs what we got?(swinging through the last city like Spider-Man) Do not pre order!!! Wait and see. There is no down side to this strategy. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Even I looked at it and thought “that’s really cool with the new Prismatic subclass, new enemies etc.” And I was starting to feel the hype building up within me. Then I started thinking and feeling the same things that many of you have put down in writing far more eloquently than I could. The number of times Bungie have deliberately stopped themselves from “over delivery”, or gaslighting the community over XP and DLC’s that were barely worth the cost whilst hyping the living 💩 out of the bare bones they’re offering. This season has been very good. The future does look brighter. Let’s not start getting too excited just yet. There seems that there may be some limits on this “new” subclass, and we know it’ll be nerfed into the ground within 6/8weeks after launch, as every recent new subclass has been. I [b][u]am[/u][/b] encouraged by the recent announcements, but Bungie couldn’t even roll out a 3.3GB update without everything unravelling by an assortment of animal based error codes. 24 hours later it barely seems fixed. I really love playing this game, but Bungie has failed to deliver one time too many in my opinion. However I am allowing myself to actually hope this will be an amazing DLC to finish this saga, with a well written story that doesn’t involve the accursed holoprojectors. 🤞

So I've been pondering pre-ordering (normally I do it the week pre-orders start but, well you know!) I'm currently more and more I'm thinking I will. [i][b]BUT!!![/b][/i] I will not be playing on day 1 of the release heck maybe not the first week. Based on the release of EVERY new release and the nightmare that ensued, I'll be taking that week off! With all the new coolness FS is bringing I can't imagine how nightmarish its going to be, bug wise.
