As someone who uses Quicksilver on s regular basis when running strand, it definitely feels like an outlier. Literally barely any skill needed at all with one of the larger auto rifle mag sizes in the game. Is 50 percent more micro rocket shots before you get a grenade too much? Time will tell. But getting the grenades feels too easy right now, and you can literally do entire fights with just QS because it's like having an auto, rocket sidearm and grenade launcher in one gun. Now people will actually have to think about surviving to not lose their grenades as opposed to "if I die, I can literally riddle one beefy target with lead and in one magazine I'll get all my grenades back anyway". QS needs a little dial back. I'll see how it feels at 50 percent but definitely probably needs at least 25 percent imo.
