Buried Bloodline is not ejected from the final chest in the form of an Exotic Engram that must be picked up; it instead appears in your Rewards feed the moment the chest fully opens (regardless of your distance from the chest itself) and is sent directly either to your equipable inventory or your Postmaster. This can be seen in the following video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MY99Bnb4KS8 If you saw an Exotic Engram being physically ejected from the chest, it was not Buried Bloodline. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

Dungeon and raid exotics don't drop as engrams. They auto drop in your rewards (right side of the screen) and if you're full it'll flash "sent to postmaster". You weren't robbed of it, it just didn't drop.

Why ask this question if you argue with everyone. It didn't drop ...try again.

Why do you have full engram slots?

If it didn't go to the postmaster it was more likely an ascendant shard than buried bloodline
