Dragon’s Breath Quest
I can’t get the Dragon’s Breath Quest from Banshee-44 and when I go to the Terminal Quest Archive in the tower the entire kiosk is empty. So my concern is twofold, the quest from Banshee-44 and the empty kiosk.
