That is quite a few. In all those matches you should have probably run into enough to put together 7 or be comfortably close. A lot of people weren't really trying to play their absolute best because the teams could be pretty mixed and random.
I am not an avid Trials player.. I played Solo most of it, but as the card stated it is Persistence.. I get a coulple wins back to back and then loose quite a few.. I dont believe there were no try hards.. seems they already know how to get around the special amo and ability Nerfs as well. Thought this was a chance to get something worth my time but yet again, over promise under delivered imo.
The special ammo came about how you would think it would based on the kills people were getting when I played. Of course there may need to be some adjustments and some weapons may need to charge faster or slower (like fusions or something might charge faster but only get one bullet) but the biggest thing really does seem to be people being used to using special as primaries.
That's just going to take a bit for people to get used to. Its really hard to say that people should just be able to chain special kills for the whole match, especially given some of the other balancing concerns. Of course that stuff can help balance things, but that's how we ended up here.
Matchmaking is different on different days for different people and even though the persistence passage was far more laid back in a way, its still trials and so you probably have to expect just about everyone to be trying at least somewhat. "Tryhards" really shouldn't even be considered a negative term in that mode based on its other descriptions.
