Not just in Crucible, in PvE, very little reason to run a Legendary Trace Rifle unless it’s specific ones like the Stasis/Strand ones from this season/trials.

I love it...perked it the same as you, but Path of Least Resistance with Voltshot is my favorite... with or without the blinding effect fragment on arc. However, with that fragment that trace rifle becomes an exotic heavy, imo.
