At step 3/7, when it tells me to go to the veil containment, I head over there to the area where we had the fight in the campaign where we use the ishtar satellites to destroy tanks and stuff, beat up all the enemies with the yellow exotic engram symbol above their head and get the orders and it does not progress past that point. ive tried abandoning the quest and going back to the kiosk, ive tried dismantling the orders and fighting the enemies again.
