Pauurc not spawning
Waited an hour, and Pauurc never spawned. I ended up getting the wish quest done the other way. Killing Pauurc would have probably been faster, which was the intention, but it's pointless if his summon can't be started. I think the public events cancel a chance for the encounter.
To make sure others don't waste their time, you are better off removing him from the quest. To make up for it, decrease the percentage of Taken bosses needed.

2 通の返信I went there, did the lost sector, came back out, went to the area where it happens and just shot a few taken and one of them was invisible until I accidentally shot and revealed him, it was the saboteur. Killed him and did the event in about five mins. Was really easy. I’m guessing the saboteur is there quite often, hiding in plain sight but people don’t realise because they are waiting for the on screen confirmation message, which won’t come if he is already there🤷♂️ I could be and probably are wrong, but that’s how it went down for me

3 通の返信waited around forever. fast traveled back into DC and then came back to the area several times. FINALLLLLLY.... saw the saboteur spawn one time. there were 2 randoms and me in the area. we killed it. and one of the randos quickly picks up the ball and chucks it off into space. game over.

Enemy moving against each other twice - killing all the yellow bars completed this challenge for me. Took maybe 20-30mins. Good luck. PS: this was a dumb challenge.

I found that jumping into a different instance of the map helped. Just bring up your map and fast-travel back to the spawn point, travel back to the area that the saboteur spawns and hang around. Doing this I had it spawn 4 times in an hour, however the first 3 times other players got the orb and fumbled it!

1 返信Just do the “enemy is moving in on each other” event. Doesn’t even take 2 full encounters

4 通の返信Don’t you know by doing the public event and turning it heroic summons him anyway. And you can do the quest without doing it the way it wants you to.

Went there at reset, public event happened, saboteur spawned 10 minutes later, unfortunately it just flashes in the lower left so it’s easy to miss, I feel like notifications should have some kinda ding that happens to …..notify you

After I went to the spot, the "enemies moving against each other" or w.e texts says, I was lucky to get a public event as well and mini boss roaming. That put me at 70ish %, I then spawned back and made my way to the area again. There was a different group doing a public event and fighting the hoard of taken. I was down without even knowing it, lol. I would like to fight that boss. But I've waited 40 minutes and did a bunch of these killings, but the enemy that drops the sphere never spawned. So I didn't care after that, I got my quest done within 20min maybe less idk

1 返信Contrary to some comments, the issue is the Saboteur is not spawning all that often. BUT, go to where he should spawn. Basically head over and find where a bunch of other Guardians are hanging out. The enemies will start warring and you can take them all out fast and easy. That gives you about half what you need. I got lucky and had a public event start during this and got a few more precent done, then a few minutes later the enemies started fighting again and finished my kills before they diminished and got it all done before we had a chance for Puuarc. All total I was done in like 15-20 minutes with a few of those waiting for the enemies to start fighting. I'm hoping that everone gets credit for kills if they put damage on as I was prone to using Graviton Lancen my RL, and super to get most of the kills done quickly. Plus don't forget Strand is your friend here as you can suspend them and kill them very quickly!

2 通の返信I think the problem is most people don't know how to spawn him. You have to wait for the text "a saboteur is near" pops up then you run around and look for the taken mini boss and kill them. They spawn near the entrances to the area. One dead you pick up an orb they drop and run through 1 of 2 pools of light so you regain you sprint and double jump. Then you have to do a jumping puzzle across the chasm to an island and dunk it. Then he spawns. Next you have to break his shield by killing 3 majors who drop orbs and run through those same pools of light to charge the orbs. Once charged you just throw them at the boss to break his shield, it take 3 hits. I loaded into an instance with 3 randoms and at first was like cool I have help, but they did know what to do and in the end I spawned the boss and killed him before they even noticed because they spend all their time killing taken during the "enemies move against each other" event. Rather than seeking the saboteur when they spawned.

Killed the guy to get the orb twice. Just for it not allow me to take it. Each time another player came by and took it, then it was gone like 10 seconds later. You could see them stop and look around like WTF.😳 Did it the other way

1 返信Hidden boss. Charge the orb & dunk it after saboteur but no Boss spawn…quest is done ether way.

1 返信I saw the saboteur last night... I killed him at the beginning of the season too. The saboteur's immediately run & the taken Knight variant is invisible.
