There is NO cheaters at all in PVP. All the cheaters are banned by bungie. If they can shoot thru the wall, forever head-shot, never lose HP, unlimited heavy ammo, that's all their SKILLS. Losers stop complaining, go either get some software to revenge or shut up. IF you get caught and banned then it means you have bad skill.

Going into walls - Not possible at all to my knowledge (maybe lag?) Weapons with above average fire rates - You can't increase a weapon's fire rate using cheats. Zero Recoil - Some forms of cheating use macros to reduce recoil, making this possible. Resilience over 10 - Not possible to increase health using cheats. Very accurate - Some cheats do improve accuracy Great movement - Some cheats make it easier to perform crazy movement [b]Honestly, I really doubt you're matching a ton of cheaters on console. [/b]
