So I was trying to find a Vox Obscura Legend on Fireteam Finder, only issue is to search for that mission you go under Seasonal, then Exotic Quest Rotator, but that's all you can select. You can't select Normal or Legend difficulty, when creating you can't list any tags to hint if it's Normal or Legend. I'm pretty sure this is the same for all Exotic Quest Rotator not just Vox Obscura, I just happen to only need help on that exotic quest on Legend. So if we could get difficulty selection or tags to identify difficulty that would be helpful please.
