Who cares about the adept? Adept reload is nice but would you use that over a spec mod? Big ones is nice too, but does it make that big of a difference on an add-clear weapon when major spec exists? Fastest matchmaking in the Heroic nightfall playlist I’ve seen in months. Plenty of non-raiders going for the basic version

Not really the main point at all but sure, I guess? If you're not going to raid AND not going to do GMs, then the regular version is a thing that exists. At that point, I just don't even get why that person is playing the game at all though.

To you, the easiest endgame... "endgame" in name only - that's the best PvE content. The most exploited endgame... the least accessible endgame (that's changing a bit w finder). That's the best PvE content? So few people actually raid... yet, by far, the most expensive content to develop. Imagine what this year may have been if they skipped Crota... that people exploited and cheesed to the limit. Early game sucks... the new player experience is confusing and obtuse. That money/resources/time is better spent on other things. Facts. That's based on playtime and how it saps resources and degrades the rest of the player experience. "MOST" of the weapons don't matter either. Sure raids have the new MT, but that was put to pasture... Forbearances days are numbered.
