I actually like the EDZ Nessus they just lack purpose ATM rather than banish them to the vault, permanently I rather Bungie have a patrol location rotation, say every month to 2 months. Obviously they should have some locations locked like recent DLC locations (last 3 expansions from most recent release). And then scaling locations by size, for example they could have 1 XL location (EDZ, Nessus, Tangled Shore, Plaguelands), 2 L locations (Cosmodrome, Venus, Mars (Freehold), Luna, Io), 3 m (Throne World, Europa, Dreaming City, Neomuna, Mars (Hellas Basin)) and 1 s (Dreadnaught, Mercury, Titan, Leviathan) for a grand total of 10 locations at any given time.
