The changes to ability uptime in addition to reducing orb generation uptime to 6 per minute in conjunction with the new dungeon and seasonal activity’s EXPECTATION that you would have constant healing (with even that being nerfed) have created a very frustrating experience in PVE. I do not feel like a powerful space-warrior when I am dying within a minute of respawn.
I know these changes were made because people at the highest end of gameplay were able to live through anything, but now it seems like instead of compressing player experience it has widened it ten fold. The top .5% players’ experience has changed nominally, whilst everyone below them has changed drastically. It does not feel satisfying to build craft with your mods anymore. I can’t see a noticeable difference in gameplay when equipping any mod except finder and scavenger mods anymore. So if a ten year vet can’t tell when his mods are working, what is a new light experience going to look like? Why invest in learning any sort of build crafting if the benefits are negligible?
I feel like this is a massive skill issue. I have a build where my healing nades are nearly always up when i need them. You also have Precious Scars and Karnstine Armlets. Either its a skill issue, or you are stuck using old meta as if it will work now. If you can't survive with a teir 3 cure and constant 11 second teir 2 restoration procs then i am not sure what to say other than git gud
