I decided to get my other characters caught recently, i have the mementos and completed the steps like previously but upon reaching the statue it says it requires memento, after looking online i can see there is a quest that now needs to be progressed through, i have been to the kiosk and also to petra but there is no quest and i can not delete the mementos. Is there something i am missing or is the quest bugged.
