It's honestly the truth. No one really asked for regular destiny control to just be hurled into the sun.
"They said they wanted us to get rid of this so RAAAAAA!"
If I ever asked for that I would not remember. But it's just weird when you can see how a point has been made about some kind of power switch. So it doesn't mean go all the way back the other. High stakes environmental changes sometimes come popping out.
I really didn't think control would be all the way gone and then comp would be headed towards what it probably should be but some of the people that used to play it would be in for that big of a surprise. Comp is really going big or going home right. So much so that control was collateral damage and replaced by a facsimile of itself.
I’m legitimately confused by this change.
I’m a big fan of control as it is because it forces teams to tackle objectives and make smart rotations.
Special ammo weapons have been nerfed enough as is so two shots of special is fair game in my opinion.
Making players store it up just seems silly and slows down control even further.
It's really weird because it was technically a lot more playable than previous versions even when it was doing sbmm harder. And the player population shows that it should be able to handle it if it's part of a larger overall population and the cbmm things stay real cbmm or as close to that as possible.
Special basically on demand grew to where it's part enough of the game to basically have somewhere. Even if it shouldn't be everywhere. It makes perfect sense to me to have it in sbmm. Because it's like if you want all that stuff have fun with the game to control it.
