I want all my pre-orders money back backdated to 4 seasons

Dear Bungie, My Saga continues!! I hereby request a full refund for all pre-orders, as I have encountered persistent issues that have significantly diminished the overall gaming experience for which I have made financial commitments due to your inability to fix geolocation issues. I have consistently reported my inability to engage in matchmaking and join lobbies in the Competitive mode. Regrettably, these issues have now expanded to encompass Crucible, Iron Banner, and Gambit, leaving only Strikes unaffected. The gravity of this situation is deeply troubling, and I assertively insist on the reimbursement of my funds. Failure to acknowledge or respond to this communication would not only signify a lack of commitment to addressing customer concerns but also raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of your business practices, possibly implicating it as a fraudulent enterprise.
