My Saga continues!!
I hereby request a full refund for all pre-orders, as I have encountered persistent issues that have significantly diminished the overall gaming experience for which I have made financial commitments due to your inability to fix geolocation issues. I have consistently reported my inability to engage in matchmaking and join lobbies in the Competitive mode. Regrettably, these issues have now expanded to encompass Crucible, Iron Banner, and Gambit, leaving only Strikes unaffected.
The gravity of this situation is deeply troubling, and I assertively insist on the reimbursement of my funds. Failure to acknowledge or respond to this communication would not only signify a lack of commitment to addressing customer concerns but also raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of your business practices, possibly implicating it as a fraudulent enterprise.

Let me get this straight, you've been having issues playing the game, but keep giving money to Bungie? Then you come to the general forum where it's well known that Bungie doesn't monitor asking for a refund. I honestly don't know how hard to laugh at this.

The Lemon Law mostly applies to car products or the automotive industry. We need a Lemon Law for the gaming industry. The gaming industry has gotten big over the years that it is getting out of control and needs new regulations. The gaming industry needs to be regulated for sure. One of them is some sort of customer protection such as similar to the Lemon Laws. My two cents. I’m with you, no doubt this game here feels like a fraudulent enterprise indeed.
