Hello, sometime ago I collected two Prime Gaming rewards, my account is linked and when I checked the Partners Rewards, it said that was claimed, however, when I checked in game, there's nothing there, I tried to relink the accounts but nothing worked, any tips on how I can resolve this issue ? It's my first time having this problem, I didn't had that problem before.
