Oh gee, it's almost like MOVING KEY TALENT AWAY FROM WORKING ON YOUR ONLY LIVE PROJECT HURTS YOUR BOTTOM LINE. Who would've thunk.
We told you, Bungie, we told you not to screw us over and not to use the money we pay for D2 to do something else. D2 felt like borderline abandonware for MONTHS, and now you lay people off and blame the customers for not paying you enough? How was this supposed to work in your mind? That a skeleton crew would be able to run D2 while it somehow kept generating more and more money for you while all of your prime talent worked on an unreleased extraction shooter with very nebulous prospects? How did this ever sound viable to you?!
P.S. Big hugs fly out to all the white knights that kept licking Bungie's footwear and silencing criticism ever since sunsetting. We told you you'll end up with your white tower amid of a wasteland. Now enjoy the slow death of a game that your brown-nosing helped to kill.

Destiny was a fairly nebulous product at one time. And now some people call that time the best it ever was. Also what you're saying is all some people have been saying for years now so it really wasn't much for them to listen to. Finally the "clock strikes two twice a day" approach appears to be ready to work. The stars have aligned. Wait for it wait for it.

its crazy because every spoke about the same issues over and over, from glitches, lack of content, terrible rng, fighting the same strikes over and over, lack of maps in pvp. heck how many times have we seen devs playing the game and seeing the very bugs we always brought up....its what did they think was going to happen

^ This exactly. It’s not like those of us that loved the game haven’t been vocal. And some even continued playing. I’ve taken long breaks, left in Shadowkeep, came back in Witch Queen about 11 months ago. The game looked like it was in a really great place. But as usual, Bungie mismanagement managed to FIUBAR. Lightfall was a massive finger up the arsèhöle to the loyal fans that stuck around. FAaFO is a karmic resolution for the company. The hardworking people at Bungie who have been laid off or those that are still there, I’m sorry that you worked for an obscene and horrible company. You did some amazing work under incredible pressure working for these heartless and idiotic people. Thank you for the Destiny you gave us in spite of Bungie management’s incompetence.
