Iron Banner Eruption after 30+ games
After so many matches this week - I have to admit.. a high % of my matches the teams had very close scores by end. Can count on one hand the blowouts. I know that's not shown in the complaining posts but that is my experience. So I > at least have to hand it to PVP team on that front.
Forget going for the Primed.. you will get primed if you get aggressive and actually help the team.. and I had more fun this way then hanging back. All weapons felt useable too so another pro for the mode.
By now - I think most have the weapons they want from IB (nothing super standout by now).. it feels like the same loot pool for a long time.. so not that exciting as "an event" to me.. and def needed the double crucible rewards to make it worthwhile. My fav drop during that time is not from the IB pool > a Lodbrok-C with PerpMotion/Tap.
...anyway just some thoughts

5 通の返信This gamemode is dominated by ability spam, every gunfight i was on, there always first a granade or ranged meele and then primary. People don't even know their ttk's without damaging first with abilities.

I just wanted to mention.. CammyCakes did a video on Iron Banner.. what a terrible video that shows you what those youtubers do. He thinks he's supposed to win.. so he gets a team together.. he uses only exotics (the most crutch Sweet Business).. freezing people.. they have a strategy.. for this silly Iron Banner Mode Eruption.. that is supposed to be a balanced silly fun mode. Do you understand Bungie - why you have to have Freelance? Its people like Cammycakes. I usually respect his videos.. but this one is clear.. he thinks he is supposed to win this silly casual mode.. that most are playing solo just to have a good time or see the best they can do.. man its totally what is wrong your with PVP Bungie.. watch that video devs. -

Mike Honchoにより編集済み: 10/17/2023 11:17:58 AMCompleted almost 4 resets in IB this week. I thought it was fun. Ran hunter 1st day, then swapped to Titan for the rest of the week. I just thought it was stupid, mindless fun. Much better than running the same strikes (erm…battlegrounds) over and over.

Austringer + le monarque on void Hunter with suppression abilities. I’d say I was having fun. I did not start with this at the beginning. But bow usage was high. Engagements were longer range with 2-3 opponents in the back. Had shadow shot and suppression grenades just in case of surprise supers. I knew I was annoying people because I got Teabagged by a raging titan on the opposite team that went 1.0. I knew he was pissed because he took off as soon as he lost.

4 通の返信I played 36 matches. No issues with connection or lag. Most matches were competitive. Engrams drop frequently. Loot pool needs to be updated but there’s several weapons worth farming. I might play more tonight but I’d say it’s improved from the last IB.

2 通の返信I played exactly three matches of ib this week that were filled with nothing but ps players lagging everywhere and me getting shot through walls, like I know I’m not good nor was I expecting to just wreck shop but I’d Atleast like a chance to fight back and not be in 1 sided lag fest gunfights where I’ll always lose. Just highlighted the main reason I don’t play crucible.
