Bungie destroyed the young ahamkara's spine
Bunie changes the young ahamkara spine, so now, ability hits do not give any energy for grenades, and only kills do before you could hit enemies with knives and get grenade energy back and grenade damage it gave back grenade energy back for any hits with any abilities and ignitions but it give energy back on kills only I have not tested if ignitions have been altered In the nerfs but this destroyed it even more than it already was destroyed because of pvp and now it is pretty much a worse sunbracers that gives grenade energy on kills not even grenades on kills.

9 通の返信Here's the thing, right? > Ability HITS changed to Ability KILLS. That's it. There's one additional IMPORTANT part of Ahamkara's Spine: Your Grenade DOES NOT damage you. You can throw this thing at your own face and walk away unscathed. It still deals MASSIVE damage. It still leaves Scorch. PvE is EXCESSIVELY easy to get ability kills for recharging, you just can't whip one at a boss and get free energy back anymore.
