I have an xbox now, how do i access my 2019 PS4 character?
I have a new xbox and really want my old 2019 character back.
I have my PSN login details but it wants me to log in with epic games and i cant remmeber that i had an account back in the day. What are my options?

In order to enable Cross-Save, you must authenticate to each gaming platform account you have linked to your Bungie.net profile. If you have an Epic account linked, that means you must authenticate to it to enable Cross-Save. In addition, to unlink an account, you must authenticate to it. Authentication is part of the security measures in place. If you cannot authenticate to your Epic Games account, you'll want to use the account recovery options Epic has in order to regain access to that account. Once you have access to the account, you can then unlink it or enable Cross-Save.
