Hey there , hunter main here and i played for a long time , i think about 4500 hours , could be more ... You can never do wrong with a nice tether . Pair that with omnioculus and you are basicly invis all the time , just spam invis grenades , make everything suppressed or weakend or whatever it is called . Use mods that gives you grenade energy if you use your melee ability wich is your smoke , make orbs with your guns and grenades to get your super back faster and just spam everything . I also used stasis hunter with bakris a lot . You need the right fragments for that , it has been a while since i came back on destiny 2 so i don't know all the names of the fragments and aspects but i had 100 discipline and 100 mobility for a faster grenade and dodge regen and used duskfield grenades but you can use the other grenades aswell because the main thing you need to do is freeze and shatter targets . You can use that aspect that if you break a crystal or shatter a frozen target then you get grenade energy and then it is just the same as the void build . Spam everything that is not on cooldown . Those 2 are amazing for add control and i had a lot of fun using them . And then we have the best build in the game imo ... The arc hunter is amazing , you kill an enemy with the charged melee attack , dodge near an enemy to get your melee back and do more damage on your next attack up to 3x the damage while you get healing , pair that with a shotty and tractor cannon and you have a solo flawless build for a dungeon or whatever you wanna do . It is basicly the same as the solar titan hammer build . And you can choose between a ranged or close combat super . Amazing subclass ! For boss dps i always used golden gun with celestial nighthawk . Pair that with a sleeper simulant or whatever and you have amazing dps . Or just a gathering storm with whatever , gathering storm is decent dps if you don't have celestial nighthawk yet .

Verke0により編集済み: 9/30/2023 8:51:27 PMSolo endgame content i can advise arcstrider subclass. There are plenty of different exotics that are really good. The OG arcstaff roaming super deletes everything feom champions to adds and does decent boss damage. Use combination blow so you can loop your dodges and melees and put hands on and dynamo/distribution mods, powerful attraction, heavy handed, orbs of distribution and invigoration on. With these mods you basically have the wormhusk crown exotic on while also rapidly recharging your abilities. For aspects use lethal current and flow state Blink is also great, especially when you are amplified. Flashbang grenades let you walk through adds easily. For fragments, id advise the ones that increases melee damage when meleed, damage resistance while enemies are around you, creating orbs with multikills while amplified and optionally the one that increases class ability while sprinting. For exotics i can suggest raiden flux (with power preservation if you want to make your teammates happy) if you want to go full on super deletion. Raijus harnass if you want to chain your super with combination flow. Liars handshake if you want to focus on your melee (imo better with the one and done super) Assassins cowl for a similar builds as liars, but with invisibility. Dont be surprised when you create over 200 orbs through a nightfall. All healing and recharging you

Solo content = Assasin’s cowl arc or solar High end content ie GMs = omni void mostly depending on the GM Current raid = whatever takes your fancy I like void for lamps but having fun with whirling malestrom & the weird named helmet.

CrimzonReaperにより編集済み: 9/30/2023 1:22:23 PMIt depends what I’m doing. For example I can’t say “ use this build for dungeons” because I use a different build for each dungeon, sometimes for each dungeon encounter. You definitely want Assassin’s Cowl, Sixth Coyote and Stompees (they make jumping puzzles easier). Lucky Pants and Malfeasance are great if you want to do lots of damage. Thing is it’s mostly a personal preference, I know ppl who swear by Omnioculus and Gyrfalcons Hauberk yet I’ve barely used them, I use what works for me.

Believe it or not, I just go into end-game activities with whatever I have on at the time, as long as I can stun champions. I'm usually running a solar tripmine build with gunpowder gamble, but I think the ahamkara arms are getting or got a nerf, so I'm just using a hand cannon/lucky pants/malfeasance loadout.
I’m thinking of starting a Hunter. What are your favorite hunter builds for solo/endgame content?
In PvP, you have to equip "Whining Grips" that automatically launch a "Nerf Titan" attack whenever you die.

Lukrask, Kell of Pizzaにより編集済み: 9/30/2023 6:40:19 AMFor endgame content you'll probably run with void subclass, either an invis biuld using Omnioculus or Graviton Forfeit with mobility, either go with Gyrfalcon and void weapons for volatile rounds. Even Orpheous Rigs are quite good for both Shadowshots. Mostly it depends by your playstyle and weapons you want to use. This doesn't mean you can't run other subclasses, there's a build about Liar's Handshake and one-two punch shotguns, there's Star Eater Scales to bump super damage, there's Assassin's cowl that heal gives invis with any subclasses......

Gyrfalcon’s is the most versatile build for endgame. Easy invis spam for get-out-of-jail-free cards and easy volatile/weaken and orbs for devour. Other builds may be higher damage, but the ease of use with a proper Gyrfalcon’s build is fantastic

7 通の返信The most fun I have had in all of destiny is my arc liars handshake build with legend of acrius But this is not, unfortunately, a grand master nf build but handles everything else with ease. We are not allowed to be bombastic in grand master content. Therefore I do the stasis, lucky pants, and Maleficence build. It is boring but gets the job done with great dps possibilities.

Pazsyにより編集済み: 9/30/2023 2:06:58 AMMy current fav build in the entire game that is great in normal AND GM content is grapple strand hunter with cyrtarachne's facade. It has the highest skill ceiling out of any build I've used on any class and it just gets more fun the better you are with it! Aspects: Widow's Silk and Whirling Maelstrom Fragments: Generation, Transmutation, Fury, Propagation. Exotic weapon: Quicksilver storm How to play: Woven Mail and Tangle cooldown timer are what you want to keep your eye on, start by making a grapple point and then IMMEDIATELY letting go (this gives you 50% of your grenade back for free) then use that grapple point to fly around and refresh your woven mail when you no longer have it. Transmutation will give you tangles for free whenever it is off cooldown as you will ALWAYS have woven mail at the ready. Just be smart about where you fly around and make sure to break those tangles whenever you make them. Maelstroms also count as grapple points FYI!!! I pretty much always end up with the most kills in strikes, gms, and raids with this build! It's just too much fun man!

Assasins Cowl Arc with one two punch is really good for ad clear and survivability, with a decent amount of damage as well. Ahamkaras spine solar hunter is busted for solo dps/damage Graviton lance gyrafalcons hauberk is busted as well because you have infinite devour, invis, healing, volatile, and very good ad clear. Works well with commemoration in the heavy slot. You can also use a repulsor brace weapon to get overshields after every kill. Stasis is an element. Strand is also an element.

NotCreative123により編集済み: 9/29/2023 4:45:44 PMI only play PVP so.. here are some strong builds I see used Solar Hunter: Ahamkara tripmine spam build Arc Hunter: Stompee ape build (abuse slide-melee after shotgunning) Void Hunter: Graviton or Omni invisibility spam (works best with fusions and flanking) Strand Hunter: Wormhusk or Sixth Coyote threadling spam build (best for sitting back at range) Stasis Hunter: Wormhusk, Bahkris, or Renewal Grasp duskfield spam (can teleport and use damage bonus from bahkris.. Other than that, they play the same: use duskfield to shut down lane and prevent movement) The healing grenade also makes Solar a good neutral option for random builds Other good exotics: knucklehead radar, Dragon's Shadow... maybe mechaneer's or oathkeepers if you use certain weapons

5 通の返信I've been playing around with bakris more in pve than pvp. Bakris with duskfield, stasis primary, fourth horseman, then whatever god roll launcher (grenade or rocket) you can mix up with. Look up videos on how to handle the build that way it's visually understood. A lot of juggling but it pays off

2 通の返信Rat King with sixth coyote oh or Rat King with Omnioculus… oh or Rat King with Graviton Forfeit! Or Rat King with assassins Cowl(including on arc)! So many options just as long as they include rat king!

Void with invisibility Dodge plus Lucky Pants with Malfeasance or Crimson and a void primary scout or pulse. Rocket Launcher in heavy. You have to pay attention to the timing on lucky pants. This season if there are champions Malfeasance hits overloads and Brya's Love with destabilizing rounds is good for your main weapon plus unstoppable. If there are barriers you can use Strand with suspend instead of void to take them out.

Not a hunter main, but when I do… Mid-High tier - Renewal Grasps - Touch of Winter - Shard Aspect - Shard = Overshield fragment - Crystal = Grenade energy boost fragment. - Grenade kickstart - Orb and shard = armor charge mods - Health on Orb pickup (pretty important). - top off with some extra mods. (Duskfields make you feel invincible as long as you have some healing from Shards + fragment or orbs.) Low Tier - Assassin’s Cowl (Solar) - Knife Trick - Heal + invis on melee kill - infinite melee energy on kills w radiant. - Radiant melee fragment and Scorch increase fragament. (Perma-invis)
