Unfortunately, if you were not able to claim the rewards before the scheduled maintenance took the game offline, then they will not be able to be claimed.

Did you see the video I linked? If you did, you would see that I wasn’t even able to load at all. I got no warnings or anything. I just finished my last game, clicked the lighthouse and then just got kicked out of the game.
