Maybe for sustained, but definitely not for burst. Burn is mostly the point though. I target the best of each archetype in every burn both so I have something to lean on if something gets meta shifted out and so I have the best of every burn to take advantage of modifiers
I hate lasting impression, too much damage is lost if you shoot champs too late or if you shoot too close to the end of a dps phase. For locked loadout activities I’ll continue to use my tracking/frenzy red herring for void burn.
I still use Lasting Impression on my Red Herring and I get around the delay by shooting them with the rocket first then stunning them.
Even then though I wouldn't be deleting Red Herring though because it's still the best Void Adaptive rocket. I haven't deleted my Bad Omens not even because it's the best Void Aggressive, but because it's the ONLY Void Aggressive. That's the same with Royal Entry being a Precision frame.
It's kind of like Doomsday prepping if the Doomsday was guaranteed. Before Bungie rebalanced Rockets back in Which Queen the Precision Rockets were tops of the meta, now they're at the bottom because people used them too much.
Bungie doesn't bother themselves with fair balance they just want to force players to use other items. I'd just like to have those items before I actually need them
