As the title says. If you try to claim the Witch's Engram from the Lectern of Divination it will get bugged. You won't get a weapon or piece of gear nor will the Engram be added to your current Witch's Engram count that are still waiting to be decrypted. Bungie has always responded on another post that the issue will be looked into but I thought another post so more people get notified won't hurt. There's also a possibility that claiming Enhancement Cores, Prism, and Exotic Engrams are bugged as well but I haven't been able to confirm this.
