Dont hate the truth just hate i said it first you all think it… from what i have seen of actual gameplay of starfield its mid. But its also the game destiny should have been, if they were gonna do some seasonal bullshht.
I say this because with over a 100 star systems destiny could of gave us a seasonal campaign that would take us on a journey, and make use of those ships we have instead of them costing 20$ dollars and being as useless as skins ppl purchase…
Then they tryn have this be there to experience it moment for seasonal content. see hears my problem…
you ask me for a hunnit dollars i give you a hunnit dollars then i cant play that campaign content ever again… then you ask me for anotha hunnit dollars and do it again. Now your playing with my emotions and time…
On top of that we get these incredibly small bland enviroments no bigger than a breadbox…
And we have to cater to pvp losers who all run using the same setup as some youtuber who makes a video on how to use a weapon everyone already using… smdh

Starfield looks like a great single player Space game akin to No Man's Sky and the Fallout rpg games. Bethesda games tend to be quality Action RPG Non-Shooter games with some guns and shooting elements. Comparing D2 to Starfield is like the difference between Cheese and Rubber, both are kinda squishy and soft but they aren't quite comparable. Here we have two separate types of games that aren't related in anyway other than Space. If this anything about D2 then venting in Offtopic won't get you anywhere...

6 通の返信Starfieild looks boring, the gameplay I saw was just a guy walking around deserted planets No Man's Sky already did the space exploration thing

3 通の返信People said the same thing about anthem lol, don't get me wrong I hope Starfield is fun but it's not even out yet. A little early to say it's better than destiny.

They are very different games. Starfield is a single player offline action rpg where as Destiny is a fpsmmo restrictive to online play. I mean they share the commonality of being in space, but beyond that I don’t see them being anything alike. Starfield would be more akin to hybrid Skyrim meets Mass Affect

Daffy, The Disappointedにより編集済み: 8/23/2023 2:35:42 PMSalty PlayStation fans incoming. Funny that, how exclusivity is suddenly a problem now that the box is getting an exclusive that people want to play. Edit: Starfield and Destiny are not really comparable though, right? Not even the same genre, really.

Mr Fatsにより編集済み: 8/23/2023 8:56:31 AMI will be honest, knowing bethesta's latest track record I would be very careful in comparing both games, I have the feeling Starfield might be a flop on release... also why would you compare a game that is not even out there yet? How do you know is even good? I hope it is but my guts tell me not to get too excited, I just have the feeling that they are overselling it quite a bit. The other question is, while only 10% of the planets are habitable, and while the other are still explorable, how much details are going into them? will they be just empty planets with no landscape or anything? I rather wait and see, fortunately, I think its free with the Xbox Game pass. And btw I barelyu played the previous season and I think I am already done with this one, same old crap here nothing interesting to see, not sure if I will come back for the raid, although if it is Crota's I might but not a fan of how boring and tedious Destiny has become, that excitement I use to get on a game when exploring something for the first time is long gone with Destiny.
