Killing Cursed Thrall and Shriekers with precision shots from a Kinetic weapon while wearing Chromatic Fire kills the player. Not sure if any other ads do it. Says misadventure. I only tested it in Gambit. Happens with and without motes. Happens with both Exotics and Legendaries. Only tested Primaries. Happens from any distance.
