Unfortunately the Ahamkara don’t allow elaboration after the fact. Only the initial wish is taken into consideration, which is why Mara and her Techeuns had to invent a new means of communicating the Queen’s wishes through a combination of symbols to remove any wiggle room Riven may have had.
Not to mention they can actively prey on your thoughts to grant wishes. Which is insane. No words needed.

It's also worth noting by this logic with Ahamkara magic, Mara Sov, unknowingly or not, doomed all the other Ahamkara to extinction. Her desire to pocess a "unique power in the system" basically meant all other Ahamkara had to die at some point or another. This is also probably why the Awoken gave so many weapons to Guardians when the Great Hunt started.
