But both of those are situational , winters you have to get a melee kill, Veritys requires weapon kills Compare that to synths which gives you an insane melee and super buff just for being near enemies, and Liars Handshake just requires either getting a hit or being hit What if Sunbracers actually buffed your melee to help you get the kill to proc the perk(and worked for all solar melees) Eye of Another world could function like heart if they wanted it to
