I know Bungie has been pretty clear about not bringing it back. That’s fine, but I was bored and this was fun. I tried to make it as balanced as I could. Here goes. Ice Breaker: sniper rifle Impact: 90 Range: 90 Stability: 42 Handling: 40 Reload speed: 0 Aim assistance: 60 Zoom: 42 Airborne effectiveness: 50 RPM: 72 Magazine: 9 Recoil direction: 100 Intrinsic: No backpack Hold (alt fire) to charge up a high damage Solar shot. Kills with this shot generate 3 bullets for this weapon. The more shots in the magazine, the more precision damage this weapon deals. [So the way this works, imagine the bar that manticore and Centrifuse have. You basically hold the weapon in the alt fire mode (think borealis and hard light damage type change animation) while in this mode, once the bar is full it gives you the high damage shot. (changing weapons will cancel the charged shot.) Once it’s charged up, you fire the first shot, this shot generates 3 regular sniper shots if you get a kill with it. You can then activate alt fire again repeat the process, you will then see 6 in the mag. Do it again and you will have 9. Ammo you generate with the charged shot do not disappear when swapping weapons. Death however will remove the shots.] Trait: ice breaker Kills with this weapon cause enemies to explode. Precision hits scorch targets. (20 stacks per hit, 33 with ember of ashes) Catalyst: Snapshot sights. What do you think?
