Please reduce the amount of champions in the lost sectors! Otherwise, I'll never EVER have the loot they promise, ever. The servers will be fully shut down before I can even dream of having the Lorelie Splendor or any other -blam!- armor peice they drop. Or at least put some of that armor in lost lights statue?

1 返信Certain lost sectors are easier than others, and remember that subclasses also have anti-champion capabilities baked into their subclass verbs now.

Do you have Lightfall? You can look up a bot that will send you notifications when that exotic PE is running. Might be a better way for you and others that don't want to grind LSs; then just focus for the split you want w Rahool.

rios5900により編集済み: 7/11/2023 11:28:09 AMSome lost sectors are just easier than others. If you struggle, I recommend hopping in on an edz or dreaming city day, and avoiding throneworld and neomuna sectors. This is already what a lot of people do when farming exotics, just because the easier lost sectors are faster to complete. Dealing with champions becomes easier with more experience. Generally for lost sectors, it’s good to run something ammo efficient in your heavy like a linear.

1 返信Well… I’m going to sound like an elitest for saying this, but this is just a “get gud” situation. Even I have been able to complete a legend loss sector (solo mind you), and I consider myself an average player. It’s not hard. You just have to play safe and move with both intelligence and method. My best suggestion is that you bring at least one form of stasis weather it be a chill clip fusion or it be your subclass as it can easily take care of overload and unstop. You can also freeze lock a barrier. If there is a surplus of barriers, you can also run a radiant build or the sorts. It should not be to to difficult to complete a legend loss sector solo.

1 返信You’ll probably get a few get gud comments on this one. But i.m.o. it really is just a matter of learning to play at a “higher level”. It’s the same with GMs. You adjust your play style, make sure your build is properly set up and that you’re at a decent light level. They’re really not that difficult once you get to that point. It’s getting over the initial hump of learning to play higher level or endgame content, that’s where it can feel like a slog. Honestly mate, stick to it, keep practicing and you’ll get em. If I can do it, anybody can 😂

I agree, in principle, with your sentiments. When I was new, I didn't think I'd ever be able to complete a legendary lost sector, let alone a master. In general, I still think Bungie doesn't much care about solo players (other than streamers, content creators, and the elite handful that love to brag on these forums of course). But ignoring the silent majority and contentedly surviving off micropurchases is just their business model. But there are some lost sectors that aren't so bad, and lots of helpful comments in this thread. I think the EDZ, Dreaming City, and Europa ones are easiest. Throne World and Moon are definitely harder, and Neomuna is absurd. So you can just wait for the easy ones to be active, then farm those. You might also experiment with different subclasses. For example, I'm a Void titan main with a million different ways to heal plus bubbles, overshields, invis after finishers, etc. and that usually works well for lost sectors, but for a lot of content, I often find my Arc build working even better... can't understand why. As others have mentioned, chill clip is also awesome. Ditto for suppressor GLs and nades. Weapons with Adaptive Munitions are also useful. Also Rat King for invis. For champs, fast reload and/or a perk like Rapid Hit is huge! And don't sleep on a ranged Osteo when SMGs have the appropriate champ mod. You can also save up a bunch of exotic engrams and focus them with Rahool (if you've already acquired a less-desirable roll of the armor you're seeking). Or, don't decode engrams with Rahool. After you have 10 unencoded engrams, future engrams you earn will go to the post master. When there's an easy lost sector active and your 10 engram slots are full, farm the lost sector but don't decode the engrams; let them go to post. It doesn't matter if you need head armor and that day's lost sector is rewarding legs, etc. Then wait a couple days until the current day's lost sector is rewarding what you need (e.g., head armor). Now you can decode the stockpiled postmaster engrams and they'll give you the the current day's armor (e.g., head). Of course it's always a good idea to check if someone's posted a helpful video with tips or cheeses. Lastly, although it won't help for Loreley, if you haven't established a solar warlock character, you might consider doing so. It's easy to maintain a high uptime for Well of Radiance, especially with Starfire or Phoenix armor, which can make a lot of difficult content pretty easy, especially for solo players.

Supernova5124により編集済み: 7/11/2023 12:24:01 PMIf on Titan (which it looks like you are) I’d suggest you build around the surge. Strand is always a great pick if you have the good boots. Solar is good even without lorely. Arc is pretty crazy right now if you use HOIL and pulse grenade. I wouldn’t suggest stasis, and maybe void? As others have mentioned, chill clip is your friend. If you need any more help, let me know. Also, it looks like you ran throne world sectors. I’d suggest dreaming city or EDZ ones, as they are usually easier.

1 返信2 shots with a chill clip Riptide negates every champion ability. I also use a trace rifle and Gally in my lost sector load out.

I finished 3 this week in the Moon without much problem (playing solo) :/ , its an obvious question but, do you equip the right weapons for the champions? Do you play at distance? Its important to play at distance, equip heavy ammo finder, (or special if you need it)

4 通の返信You can also get missing Exotic armor from Vex Incursions on Neomuna as it's a guaranteed drop, but it'll take patience waiting for the damn thing to kick off.

Light level makes huge difference, the higher your light the easier they are. Champions have mechanics that are easy to figure out.
