Hey there! Thank you for the information on this issue. If possible, could you try to get enough Spoils of Conquest to see if that changes anything? Although it shouldn't work that way, it might give more insight if the description is bugged or if the weapons are actually being activated. You could also check within the weapons themselves to see if it shows anything when you hover over the field where you would normally use the Deepsight Harmonizer.
