Silver and Cross-save

I decided to buy a bundle of silver, through the EGS platform. After successful payment, it turned out that cross-play was turned off, although I turned it on about 2 years ago. The accounts are linked as needed, in the history of silver operations, it is indicated that this silver is on my account, but in fact it is not. The ticket has already been sent to support. So the question is, is there any chance that silver will be returned to the account or a refund will be made in order to perform a repeat payment operation?
