I was running around in Mayhem with Blight Ranger equipped and noticed that I was getting killed through my whirlwind guard and it was only reflecting back about 50% of attacks. I'm running 90 resilience and was getting 4 tapped through my guard with hand cannons or 1 shot by shotguns. Even had a cataclysm nova bomb and some non-dot grenades kill me despite having my guard up and facing them.
