I’ve only bought silver a few times, and I always get the deluxe version that comes with the seasons, so I’m not really affected by any of it that much honestly. The Starfire ornament after the nerf was a giant kick in the nads I will say that, but the other stuff I don’t see as pay 2 win. I understand people’s objections to buying out the season pass day 1 if you chose to do so, but even doing that it wouldn’t give you much of an advantage over anyone else. I don’t actually understand the current uproar, it’s been this way for a good while.

For dedicated players... it's somewhat of a non-issue IF you always get the Deluxe edition every year... Then it's a good value, imo. But everything else is ridiculous, overpriced, and unethical.
