Rift does not belong in competitive!
Title says it all, Rift does not belong in comp. It is by far the most frustrating mode to play 3s.
At least with survival and showdown you can at least carry teammates, Rift you cannot.
Please do every PvP person a favor and drop Rift.
Never have I felt more frustration in the entire D1/D2 franchise to almost just drop this game.

2 通の返信I'd argue that Rift IS suited for comp due to it being an objective based game mode. Comp should be about how well your team coordinates to fulfill the objective, not just w key shotgun around the map. If that's all you want to do go play another playlist.

1 返信1) Bungie doesn’t care. They put Rift in there for a reason and u will play it (or face a potential ban). 2) Rift is competitive. U have to work as a TEAM (ever heard of the saying: “there is no I in team”) in order to get your Spark Runner to score on the enemy team base. Hell, sometimes you will even need to sacrifice your “life” in order for your teammate to score. 3) This “carry culture” dilemma that people expect from their teammates is EXACTLY why Rift should stay. It forces EVERYONE on your team to either contribute (no carries), or lose. Take your pick and good luck out there!
