if the artist submitted their work to bungie.net (which, according to reddit, they did) then bungie have the right to use the art “without condition” due to then getting you to agree to that stuff when you click “submit a link”, meaning that bungie didn’t “steal” any work. [spoiler]its still morally bad though im just pointing out why they probably wont get any legal ramifications[/spoiler]

They’re usually 2 seasons ahead in productions so 6 months. I’d highly doubt this artwork in the seasonal cutscene was someone else’s lol. The cutscene also leaked 2 months ago so there’s that too lol

Yup 😉... They are going to, and have gotten credit. It absolutely was stolen... on purpose... ON PURPOSE 🤯... 1st by Debra Wilson who telegraphed the grift contemporaneously with another piece of this artists art. I did 5 mins of research, that's all it took me. Let me make it clear: SAVATHUN stole his art. It was planned.
