The exotic armor that was released during season 20 and this season (21) requires ownership of the Lightfall expansion. Do you own Lightfall on the platform you are playing on?

Restoring licenses may help, but if that's the issue you would be also locked out of the Root of Nightmares raid, and other Neomuna activites. Your issue may just be poor RNG. Legendary Lost Sectors are not guaranteed to provide you with exotics you don't have, but they are heavily favored to give them. For example, I've received a duplicate exotic during season of the Splicer before the new one dropped after subsequent tries.

Everything I've read says to complete Legendary/master lost sectors to get the new Armor Exotics. It's worked for me in the past. Just confused and frustrated because I am completing Master lost sectors. The other day it was Leg day. I completed that one like 4 times and got exotic rewards just about every run on master.

Ran a master lost sector and scored the exotic chest armor I was hoping for.
