I have been totally unable to give out commendations since the start of the season. I got home from work on Tuesday and ran a Last Wish raid with my clan for the deepsight. I was able to give out commendations at the end of this raid. We then ran another run, and I have been unable to give commendations to anyone since this occurrence. It doesn't matter what the activity is, I cannot give them out. I can receive them no problem, though. Just makes me feel kinda... bad.
