This is slightly different - season passes and dungeon keys are in-game unlocks, not platform tied licenses.
Platform support can do nothing to help in this situation. If OP did purchase the LF+Annual Pass edition but didn't receive the passes/dungeon key then [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13681]it is Bungie that handle it[/url]
