I am going to get zero play time today.. absolute horrible experience... if you are concerned with feedback in the slightest... and yes to all who will respond with slimy responses I know this happens.. but this is always happening with no "apology" .. like going to a restaurant and they constantly get your order wrong... and they never apologize. just horrible customer service.

...while I agree it sucks. You keep doing it to yourself.. so to use your analogy. You goto a crappy restaurant and get bad food/service.. would you blame the restaurant still after you've had the same experience 15 times....thought not

You do realize everyone comes back day 1 of a new season and the servers get overloaded. If you cant go a day without crying or playing, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your life.

In fact, Bungie doesn't have any kind of customer service. So many problems with the game and it's reliability, but no way of making your voice heard. Running something this expensive, it should be inacceptable to offer no direct support whatsoever. But we all know why that is...

3 通の返信What customer service? These guys don’t have the skill. They can’t even make a videogame anymore. D2 has been cooked, served, eaten, regurgitated, then recooked and served again over and over. If you compare this game to food, it is beyond stale. It’s already maggot infested! Absolutely nothing here anymore but a shamble mess of shallowness!🤣

5 通の返信One of the other games I play goes offline for a few hours every time there’s a major update. The downtime is advised in advance. When it’s back online they give out some in game currency via the in game mail system as automatic compensation for the downtime.

5 通の返信I agree bro. What gets me is the lack of accountability on Bungies end. They also do nothing to make it up too us. It's 238 and I still can't log in. You know when you buy a car that is supposed to be good but there is a manufacturing defect you can sue the car company. Literally f Bungie. I'm so sick of paying for a defective product with 0 responsibility taken. All I get is wasted time and negative feelings.
