I keep full auto enabled because it saves trigger life when using high RoF weapons constantly.
Using the full auto accessibility option doesn't increase rate of fire or anything.

It's needed in the game for accessibility. I have a friend with RA...she needs this option to be able to play for more than an hour without her hands flaring up. Just because you don't absolutely need it, doesn't mean it doesn't help others.
