Spire of the Watcher Solo Completion
I spent a couple of hours on the Spire of the Watcher dungeon by myself with a closed fireteam, and when I completed the dungeon it did not complete the triumph for doing solo Spire of the Watcher.

The triumph requires a single full run, done from fresh to end, without leaving/error coding/checkpointing/black screen->respawning (ie error code baboon). The API is showing your run as being continued from a checkpoint, so it doesn't count for the triumph.
