*I believe this to be a bug* Blues not longer drop when you hit the soft cap which all 3 of my characters surpass Ran an Overload because I was capped on keys, and the key chest gave me a blue 1800 shotgun No red border, 2 neomuna weapons (not red border) and the shot gun, thats it Console: Steam Guardian: 1817 hunter Date & Time: 4/26/23, 10:45pm
