Updated Nvidia graphics driver, now Destiny 2 uses almost no GPU

As the title says, I updated my graphics driver to 531.68 as I was several months behind on updating it. Afterwards, I'm seeing 0-3% usage when playing Destiny 2 when checking task manager. Previously, I was seeing around 40% usage. Temperature is the same on the GPU as before which is the odd thing, I'd expect it to not increase as much if I'm not using it. When watching videos in browser, usage looks normal for the GPU. Same when playing other games, just Destiny 2 stays at near 0 usage and CPU usage climbs. Wanted to see if this is something I should worry about, and how to fix this if it is. Edit: Just to note, I have Destiny setup in my graphics settings to use my GPU, so it should be able to use integrated graphics on the cpu but it is. Update: Did a System Restore to undo the driver change but behavior remains. I'm assuming at this point that it's using my integrated graphics instead of the GPU, but I can't find any way that should be possible. I've also reinstalled it in place and onto another drive (both ssd), but behavior remains. Update 2: Enabled Hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling in Windows, and that maybe. Big maybe has put me back to my prior usage. I remember I was around 10% CPU and 30% GPU usage in orbit idling, and hitting that now again. Did see GPU usage spike quite a bit during a Terminal Overload, but will have to play for a while to see how temps/usage and fps go with things like this. If anyone has any other ideas on what could help with this, I'd be all ears. Haven't seen a problem like this in years, worst one for weirdness was a friend who had Steam use almost 100% CPU, apparently due to a old audio driver. I wouldn't believe it either if I hadn't helped them update things one at a time till it fixed it.
