The game is evolving... exotics like Vexcalibur and, what must be, a secret buff to Precious Scars suggests they want 'healers' in the game with high uptime on support abilities... but with active player upkeep. A precious scars Titan with Vexcalibur is a legit MMO Paladin/Warrior-Cleric. If well survives the next 2 years it will be nerfed into the ground, In fact... only one exotic targets the super directly... that's PP. I think they cut the timer to 10 secs, Well will be tied directly to the exotic itself, and you'll need kills to extend the timer... so maybe some teams will be able to nuke any boss in less than 60s (if you have 6 locks/PPs) but, most people will have to do single target boss dps differently.
