The ricochet rounds hard light offered were pretty fun when they actually dealt damage. Maybe that would fix it? Whisper of the worm was one of the coolest quests in any game ever, and I worked my tail off to acquire it and the catalyst. It used to smash bosses- as it Should because it’s a heavy ammo sniper- yet now it feels no better than any other aggressive frame sniper, honestly. It does more damage but it’s barely noticeable as enemies have just become super spongey. I say revert Whisper back to its original state. It’s not easy at all to apply sustained damage with any sniper rifle on console, so the potential rewards should reflect and reward that skill. Maybe tune it differently for pc because it doesn’t kick like an angry mule there?
